　　 Working principle: it is controlled by PLC, all the running is driven by air cylinder, all the operation can be finished easily by manually and automatically, the sealing temperature is set up by temperature controller in advance and can be adjusted at at any time.

　　All the materials touched the filling materials are made from 304 SS and aluminum with fully meeting the food requirement.

　　Advanced feature: the mold can be changed as practical requirement, the maximum size is24000*200mm.




 

　　◆ Using instruction of seme-auto pneumatic sealing machine.

　　1、Open the air and ensure the pressure: 0.65-0.85MPa;

　　2、Check the power switch, and keep the switch is on stop running status.;

　　3、Insert the plug into the single 3 phase power socket of AC 220V, keep Power supply must be firmly grounded.

　　4、Rotate the switch into stop position, open the power switch, the power indicator light is on.

　　5、Open the temperature switch, set up the sealing temperature and heat the heating unit, after 10 minutes, the temperature will be up to the appointed temperature.

　　6、Once the sealing burning head’s temperature is set up, now the green light is closed and red light is on.

　　7、Rotate the switch on the manual function position, press any button will be on and run step by step.

　　8、Rotate the switch on the automatic function position, all the remaining switch are closed, open the relative function if need sealing, once product is sealed in good condition, check the sealing is tight or not, you can make some adjust as requirement.

　　1、Before opening the machine, feed the oil for one time for all the running parts.

　　2、Before opening the machine, cleaning the sealing burning head.
